Together in Europe β Czech-Ukrainian Cultural Center works to bring Ukrainians and Czechs in Pilsen together to meet, communicate, share culture and support each other.
Our concerts, festivals and creative gatherings are made possible by people who dedicate their time and energy to a common cause. Each of our events is the result of teamwork by dozens of volunteers.

Organization & Coordination
Help the team at all stages of cultural event preparation: planning, communication with participants, coordination during events.
Technical Support
Setting up equipment, stands, tables and tents, help with sound and lighting, infrastructure support during events.
Cleanliness Support
Maintaining order at the venue during and after events, help with space organization.
Food Zone
Organization and distribution of drinks and refreshments, work in food zone, help with food preparation.
Children's Activities
Support and facilitation of workshops for children, help in children's zone, organization of games and entertainment.
Design & Decoration
Creating stage decoration elements and themed zones, creative tasks, artistic design.
Photo & Video
Event filming, content creation for social media, photo and video reports, material editing.
Social Media
Help with event promotion on social media, content creation, online communication with audience.

We'll Contact You
Our volunteer coordinator will contact you within 2-3 days and offer specific participation opportunities.
Come to the Event
We'll conduct a short briefing, introduce you to the team and guide you on what to do. Work together with our friendly team!
Receive Recognition
After the event, we'll provide you with a volunteer certificate and can write a recommendation letter for your resume.
